Psychological techniques used in the course, elements of autogenous training and texts on abstract themes are criticized by some program users.

SOLO Typing Tutor is available on the Internet. The site offers courses in Russian, Ukrainian, English, German, Spanish, Italian and French as well as training on the side numeric keyboard.

The disk version of "SOLO Typing Tutor 9" includes three courses (Russian, English and Numeric) with additional features of sound, video and animation. In version 9, the system of exercises and the introductions were completely redesigned. The interface was upgraded: exercises redesigned, and music by composer Timur Ismagilov added.
